Wes earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Finance from the Spears School of Business at Oklahoma State University. This lead him to Dallas where he spent the next seven years at the Botsford Group. His love of working with people grew as his helped a small group of wealthy families with their retirement and estate planning.

After that, he joined his longtime friend Brent Sikes and together they founded FullCircle Wealth.
Outside of the office, Wes lives a busy and fulfilling life. His wife Shelley and he have three daughters, Taylor, Ashtyn, and Charlie, and a son named Ben.
